Talons Defeat Visiting UW-Stevens Point at Marshfield Maurauders, 90-85

The Talons Men's Basketball team defeated the visiting UW-Stevens Point at Marshfield Marauders on Monday night, 90-85. The Marauders jumped out to an early lead, but the Talons rallied back to take the lead by four going into the half. Despite having a double-digit lead in the second half, the Marauders closed the gap but the Talons took the win.

Top performers included Kaden Williams with 22 points, Logan Branch with 17 points, and Deiveon Cargile with 14 points.

Next up, the Talons host the Rock Valley College Golden Eagles at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, at the Public Safety Center on our Beloit-Janesville Campus for their penultimate home game of the season. The game will be livestreamed at athletics.blackhawk.edu/livestream.
