Meet Coach Hansen McIlvaine

Coaching Philosophy:

  • Bring energy and positivity to the gym, creating an enjoyable and uplifting environment.
  • Believes trust between coaches and athletes is key to success.
  • Trust in athletes’ abilities leads to fewer errors and more freedom in play.

Background:

  • Attended Union Grove High School and St. Catherine’s High School, participating in volleyball, basketball, and track.
  • Coached youth volleyball and the men’s club volleyball team at UW-Whitewater.
  • Coached at Craig and Fort Atkinson high schools in volleyball and basketball.
