Clay Target Shooting: Week 3

The Clay Target Shooting team completed Week 3 of the spring season April 29. The weather cooperated for the first time this season, Coach Tim Rockhold said.

“As a team, we are in seventh place in the conference with only four scores being calculated in a five-person league,” he said.

Here are Week 3 results:

Clay Target Shooting: Week 4

The Clay Target Shooting team completed Week 4 of the spring season May 6. The team continues to improve, as does the weather, Coach Tim Rockhold said.

“Jillian Schue continues to lead the team in score and average and is currently ranked fourth in conference scores among all female shooters. She averages just under 40 of 50 targets broken each week,” he said.

“The last week of shooting ends May 6. It is both sad and happy as 100% of our team will be leaving due to their programs being completed. It has been a joy to work with this team, but I look forward to the current team's futures in the world of work and also to welcome in a new group to carry on the strong shooting tradition that has been established.”
