Background:

From Libertyville, Illinois; played basketball, baseball, and football at Liberty High School.
Studied Marketing at the College of Lake County; played basketball and golf.

Coaching Philosophy:

Focuses on recognizing each player’s strengths and weaknesses to aid development.
Believes every player's role, no matter how small, contributes to team success.
