Background:

  • From Libertyville, Illinois; played basketball, baseball, and football at Liberty High School.
  • Studied Marketing at the College of Lake County; played basketball and golf.

Coaching Philosophy:

  • Focuses on recognizing each player’s strengths and weaknesses to aid development.
  • Believes every player's role, no matter how small, contributes to team success.
