Talons Win Playoff Semifinal Against DME Academy, 110-79

The Talons Men's Basketball team defeated visiting DME Academy, 110-79, in a semifinal game of the WCC playoffs Thursday night at the Public Safety Center on our Beloit-Janesville Campus.

The Talons had seven players score in double figures, including Devion Cargile with 22 points and 12 rebounds, Aidan Maves with 22 points, Kaden Williams with 15 points and Logan Branch with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists.

Additionally, Aidan John had 12 points, shooting 4/6 from the three-point line, Lee Lane had 12 points with 4 assists and Kai Bickham had 10 points and 5 rebounds.

The Talons will play in the WCC Championship game on Monday, Feb. 17, in Wisconsin Dells. In the meantime, the Talons travel to take on the Rock Valley Golden Eagles at 3:15 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15.
