The Talons Women's Basketball Coach Aaron Dobbs is a proud graduate of Evansville High School and the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. A dedicated and passionate leader in the local sports community, he has spent over a decade coaching youth sports in Evansville, including basketball, baseball, softball, and soccer.

His coaching résumé includes experience at nearly every level—from youth leagues to elite high school travel teams. He has coached both boys' and girls' AAU and travel basketball, helping develop players across a wide range of skill levels and age groups. Coach Dobbs served as the Varsity Assistant Girls' Basketball Coach at Evansville High School for four seasons and is currently in his fourth year as a Varsity Assistant on the high school football team, where he also serves as the JV Defensive Coordinator. He previously spent a season coaching middle school football as well.

Beyond the field and court, Coach Dobbs has made a lasting impact on the community. He served as President of the Evansville Athletic Hall of Fame for seven years and took the initiative to build a full-court basketball gym to give local athletes more opportunities to train and play. His commitment to youth sports is reflected in his incredible workload—coaching over 100 games in a single year.

Coach Dobbs brings a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to every team he leads. His focus on fundamentals, sportsmanship, and personal growth continues to shape young athletes.
