The Talons Men’s Golf team on Friday competed in the 28-team Judson University Fall Invitational golf tournament at Randall Oaks Golf Club in West Dundee, Illinois. Carroll University came out on top, finishing +11. The Talons finished +73 for the tournament.

“The golf course was in great shape and was a good challenge in itself," Coach Nick Hagen said. "The weather was the additional challenge, with a cooler temperature and winds at 15-20 mph throughout the tournament.”

The Talons were led by Wyatt Marshall, who shot a 78 (+7) and tied for 43rd place. Ryan Daschner also played well with a season best of 83. Koen Lueck fired an 87.

The team has a bit of a break before heading to Oaks Golf Course in Sun Prairie for the Madison CC Invite. It will be the last tournament of the season for the Talons.
