Talons Women’s Volleyball Loses Battle to Joliet at Home

The Talons Women’s Volleyball team hosted Joliet Junior College on Saturday, Sept. 27. Players Mikaela Hoffman, Shelbi Marx, and Cassie Cooley took the fight to the Wolves, but it wasn’t enough for the win. The Talons succumbed to the skill of the visitors 15-25 (loss), 19-25 (loss), 25-17 (win), 25-17 (win), and 12-15 (loss). 

The Talons are now 7-11 overall. The team will compete against Bay College at home on Friday, Oct. 3, in the Public Safety Center on the Beloit-Janesville Campus at 6:15 p.m.
